• Primary diagnosis of an Acquired Brain Injury from a qualified physician or psychologist
• Certified by a physician to be medically stable
• Completion of a client-based interview package
• All referrals will be considered on an individual basis

Accessing Services …

Contact us via phone, e-mail, or postal mail. We accept referrals from any source. Once a referral has been made, a member of our outreach team will contact you to complete the client/family interview and/or answer any questions you may have.

There is no cost or obligation for the initial interview or contact.
